SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

As a Senior Software Engineer, I was responsible to build and maintain front-end architecture of 3 platforms viz., Careers, Careers Admin and Test platform. I owned the process of hiring and building a team of developers for these platforms. Alongwith the project managers, I did the sprint planning+retro, quarterly planning for long-term goals, epics, story points breakdown. Working with team of hired software engineers and interns, mentoring them while reviewing their code and assessing their performance was the primary part of my role. I also documented the entire dev process and tech stack architecture.
